Local form and WhatsApp

The contact form does not send data to a server owned by Home Choice: it prepares a message in your browser with your name, email, phone, reason, message, and preferred language. When WhatsApp opens, the prefilled information is passed to WhatsApp/Meta. Home Choice receives it only if you decide to send it inside WhatsApp.

Web chat

The chat assistant sends your messages to the Home Choice webhook hosted on Railway and processed by n8n. The flow uses Gemini to generate responses and stores conversations in the database configured for the project, so we can respond and continue the case.

Session identifier

The chat stores an identifier named hc_chat_session_id in your browser using localStorage. It is used to recognize the same conversation between messages; it is not an advertising cookie or a banking session.

Cookies and analytics

Today the site does not have GA4 or an active analytics tool configured. If measurement is added, this policy will be updated to explain which tool is used, what data it collects, and for what purpose.

Retention and deletion requests

We keep information while it is needed to answer your inquiry, maintain operational records, and meet applicable obligations. You can request review or deletion by writing to [email protected].

Site use

This site is informational. You may browse it, use the calculator, and write to us as long as you do not use it for illegal activity, copy content without permission, or try to interfere with its operation.
